This set of meteorites and impactites includes 56 different specimens presented in handsome glass-top display cases.
This is a great way to acquire an entire collection of meteorites in one package - this group of specimens includes witnessed falls, rare types, Vestans, a Martian, American and desert finds. It would take months or years to put acquire all of these meteorites individually.
Each micromount specimen has it's own labeled gemjar for storage and display. These gemjars are then presented in large Riker display boxes (8x12 inches) with glass viewing lids and a black pebblegrain finish. Each Riker box case holds approx. 28 specimens and you get two (2) of these large cases full of individual gemjar specimens.
Listed below are the meteorites and tektites which are included. Please note, some of these meteorites are very rare and my stock may be limited on these. I reserve the right to make occasional substitutions on individual specimens that may be out of stock. Substituted specimens will be of equal rarity and value. Also note that it takes time to properly prepare and label each individual specimen, so there is an extra 3 day lead time on this collection. Please keep the 3-day lead time in mind when placing Express or Priority orders.
Refer to the photos to see what the display cases look like. You get two cases filled with specimens like the ones shown in the photo.
