Pallasovka is a recent pallasite find from Russia.  This pallasite typically has amber colored olivine crystals set in a metal matrix.  These fragments are generated from the cutting process - while making slices, many small fragments of the meteorite are shed.  These fragments consist the of the outer oxidized "rind" of the meteorite, plus tiny pieces of olivine crystals and unoxidized nickel iron.
