Ordering :

You do not need to create an account to make a purchase.

Use the built-in shopping cart system to add or remove items from your cart.  When you are ready to check out, you will be asked for your payment type and any discount coupon you may have.

I can also take your order the "old fashioned" way : just contact me via email and let me know what you want to purchase.


Payment :

Cash (at your own risk and US currency only) 

At checkout you will receive an email confirmation with more information on your order.  If you are paying via check or money order, this email will contain payment information.

Shipping :

     Unless otherwise noted, I ship using USPS First Class or USPS Priority shipping with Delivery Confirmation for most USA buyers.  Large or heavy parcels may be sent USPS Parcel Post.  If the buyer requests it, I can ship via USPS Express or FedEx for fastest shipping. 

I ship worldwide.  I can ship to any country that uses PayPal and many more.  If you do not see your country listed as an option at checkout, then contact me via email.  I ship via Registered mail to countries outside of US/Canada - this allows better tracking of the parcel.  There is a small additional fee of $2 for Registered Mail.

  All items are packed very well to withstand any reasonable abuse during shipping.  Any loss incurred during shipping transit is the responsibility of USPS, not me. Buyers may request shipping insurance at a small additional cost.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :

Note - all packages going outside the USA that are valued over $100 will be sent via Registered Mail.  This is to protect both myself and the buyer.  Registered Mail is transported under lock and key and is tracked at every stage of shipment.  Registered packages are far less likely to be lost or stolen.  Registered packages also receive a real tracking number that is trackable, and not just a label number which may or may not be trackable.  The fee for international package registration is $11.75 cents.  This fee is charged by the post office and I must pass this fee along to the buyer.  My store software has no way to charge this fee to certain buyers or countries, so I must collect this fee directly from the buyer after the order is placed - this means you will receive a PayPal invoice from me after the sale for the amount of $11.75 (if your order is valued at $100 or more).  The buyer must pay this fee or the order will be cancelled and the original payment will be refunded.  I will not ship valuable packages overseas without registration - no exceptions.  If you have any questions about package registration or this fee, please contact me via email.


Requests and Questions :

     Do you need a special meteorite for your display or collection? Let me know. I have excellent sources and can acquire any meteorite, including large ones and rare types. If I don't have it, I can get it for you - just inquire via email.
